Keep a Healthy Outlook
Comparing our success and failures with those of others is inevitable, but too much of it can lead to a caustic mind-set. Here are tips to keep an emotionally healthy outlook:
Set specific goals. Everyone has dreams, but not everyone sets goals. Accomplishing a series of doable small goals builds genuine self-confidence and enables the accomplishment of larger goals.
Play to your strengths. Not everyone is made to run a marathon or become a concert pianist. Know your own abilities and work to enhance them. Family, friends and co-workers are often good sources of perspective. Understanding your natural competencies and striving to use them also build self-esteem.
Track your success. It's often easy to lose sight of what you've done well if you're focused on what you've not yet achieved. So log your achievements to help yourself along your path to success.
Count your blessings. Rather than focusing on what others have that you don't, reflect on those things you have that other's don't. This gives you a balanced lens through which to view your life.

Although we communicate with our eyes, our lips do most of the talking. A woman's smile is the first thing that people notice about her face. And surely the most sensual part of a woman's face is her lips. At least they can be, with properly applied lip color!
There are three man types of lip products: lipstick, lip gloss, and lip pencil. Lipstick is my favorite because it gives excellent coverage and you have more flexibility and fun with colors. Gloss is sheer, can be tinited or colorless, and adds shine. It can be used to top off lipstick or can be worn alone, if you want a faint hint of color. Lip pencils are essential accessories, used to outline your lips and to keep lipstick in place and fresh looking all day.
Lipsticks tend to have three potential problems: "bleeding," breaking, and drying the lips.
Today's dicsussion will be on Lipstick "bleeding."
Lipssticks bleed for two reasons - the formula or your lips. The sheer, moist, formulas (especially in red or darker colors) tend to run more easily, especially in hot weather or on a woman with oily skin. If your lips do not have distinct ridges or boundaries, or have feathery lines around the edges, you will have mor trouble with lipsticks "bleeding." To correct the problem, choose a harder cream formula, one that pulls a bit as you apply it, or a frost. Or avoid moisturizer around the edge of your mouth, use a lip pencil to outline your lips, and powder your lips before applying color.
